Indicators Handbook (2008 - 2012) The Vision 2030 first Medium-Term Plan is the successor national development strategy to the Economic Recovery Strategy (ERS). While the ERS had a monitoring framework of thirty-one national level indicators, the national reporting framework for the Vision 2030 First Medium-Term Plan is more comprehensive in coverage and is divided into four parts. This handbook is a compendium of the four parts of this comprehensive national monitoring framework.
